A case of eosinophilic granuloma disease in a 10 months old girl is presented, who has the lesions in skull, pelvis and hisnerus. The patient was admitted with chief complaints of pallor, general weakness and cervical lymphadenitis. The diagnosis was confirmed by radiological evidences and biopsy findings. The review of literature was made briefly.
