The patient was 30-day-old Korean male infant with mixed hemangioma by simple and car v anous type on the anterior knees, both entire legs and the dorsal aspects of both feet and hypertrophy of both lower extremities which involved the right side more severely. And also bilateral polydactylism of feet, epispadia and generalized carvanous hemangioma were accompanied.

A case of eosinophilic granuloma disease in a 10 months old girl is presented, who has the
lesions in skull, pelvis and hisnerus.
The patient was admitted with chief complaints of pallor, general weakness and cervical lymphadenitis.
The diagnosis was confirmed by radiological evidences and biopsy findings.
The review of literature was made briefly.
